What are the responsibilities and job description for the MT / MLT - Contract (evenings 7 on 7 off) position at Mercy Regional Medical Center?
Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Current Louisiana State CLS-Generalist or CLS-Technician licensure required
BLS (CPR) Certification required.
Knowledge of and adherence to current Laboratory theory and practice, infection prevention, and Laboratory standards of practice.
Knowledge of accreditation standards to ensure adherence to all standards set forth by state and accrediting agencies of TJC and CMS, CLIA.
