Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments to identify treatment needs.
• Provide care in accordance with physician orders and established plans of care.
• Assess the effectiveness of treatment and modify treatment as needed to achieve goals.
• Communicate with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare teams to achieve rehabilitation goals.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and contribute to program development.
• Collaborate with the department on budget planning to ensure cost-effectiveness of services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field from an accredited institution.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligibility to participate as an ASHA Clinical Fellow (CFY).
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in state.
• Current Basic Life Support/CPR certification.
