Overview:
The Director – Compliance provides leadership, direction and oversight over the development, implementation, and effective functioning of the Mercy Compliance Program within a specific Hospital community. Facilitates policies and processes to support adherence to the Mercy Code of Conduct and Compliance Program Plan by Mercy co-workers and physicians serving in all assigned hospitals, clinics, Mercy-wide service lines, and post-acute facility locations. The Director reports to a Regional Director of Compliance and performs duties in a manner consistent with Mercy's mission and values.
Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor's Degree
(Master's Degree preferred)
Experience
Minimum three (3) years of experience in health care regulatory compliance, required
Certifications
Certified in Healthcare Compliance through the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA), or become certified within 24 months of hire
