- 1-2 years of RN experience: $5,000
- 3-4 years of RN experience: $7,000
- 5 years of RN experience: $10,000
PTO Frontload: up to 40 hours (full time only)
Relocation Assistance: $3,000 (full time only)

Overview:
Mercy Springfield is currently hiring exceptional nurses for the Float Pool unit! Available positions are as follows:
- Full-time Availability
- Day Shift (7am-7pm)
- Night Shift (7pm-7am)
The specialties offered in this role include Med Surg, ED, Critical Care, and Behavioral Health. Float Pool RNs will rotate daily to assigned areas.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of a State Board of Nursing approved Practical Nursing Program.
- Licensure: Current LPN licensure with the Missouri State Board of Nursing or current LPN Missouri temporary work permit.
- Certification/Registration: Must have a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within their probation period.
