About the Job:
In this role, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide patient-centered care. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing interventions to achieve desired outcomes. You will also work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a graduate degree from an accredited registered professional nursing program, a current RN license within the hiring state, and meet all state board of nursing requirements. You must also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, certifications in ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) are required, along with other unit-specific certifications as needed.
