Job Description
This role involves leading the administration of pharmacy services, ensuring alignment with Mercy's mission, vision, and values.
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting objectives, planning, and directing departmental activities to achieve excellence in patient care.
Essential Skills
- Strong leadership skills, with a minimum of 3 years of practice experience and 3 years in pharmacy leadership positions.
- A Bachelor of Science (BS) or higher degree in pharmacy is required.
- A current pharmacist license from relevant state(s) is mandatory.
- Prior experiences must demonstrate effective interpersonal communication and the ability to apply sound management principles.
