What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Supervisor (Quick Service) position at Meredith Station Mobil?
We're looking for an energetic person with great communication and customer service skills to be the next kitchen supervisor at our quick-service store. This position will work alongside team members prepping/preparing food and leading the kitchen staff to make sure all food safety rules are followed. You'll bring strong organizational skills, experience as a supervisor, and previous work in a fast food or quick service restaurant. If this describes you, please apply right away!
Responsibilities:
* Work behind the line making breakfast sandwiches, subs, sandwiches and pizza to quality standards
* Train and oversee kitchen employees to boost productivity levels and compliance
* Delegate activities to employees and make sure they are executed efficiently and successfully to ensure quick service of all food
* Train the crew on safety guidelines, customer service best practices, and cleaning requirements
* Help customers with their concerns in a quick, efficient, and friendly manner
* Work with the store manager to assume responsibilities of employees who are unable to perform their duties
Qualifications:
* Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED
* Must have previous experience in deli or food service preferably in fast food or quick service
* Must have prior experience in a relevant supervisory role
* Have superb communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
