We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our team in Kunia, HI. This is a contract position with the possibility of extension or permanent employment based on performance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform technical work activities either remotely or on-site to meet business and customer requirements.
- Coordinate small teams delivering basic work packages in line with company process to meet business and customer requirements.
- Document and report on work completed to ensure compliance with Company and Customer Procedures.
- Evaluate escalations and take appropriate action to ensure customer demands are met.
- Provide customer service to internal and external customers to ensure consistent experience.
The Ideal Candidate:
- CompTIA A certification preferred.
- Proven experience in IT Desktop Service environment.
- Knowledge of IT industry standards and ability to use information systems and technology functions as appropriate.
- Organized approach to work and strong customer service abilities.
- Routine administrative skills and good interpersonal skills.
