Workers' Compensation Attorney ($140,000.00 - $180,000.00 plus BONUS)
We are an Applicant's Attorney law firm looking to hire an associate attorney to join our team. No experience necessary. We will train the right candidate. The salary range is $140,000.00 to $180,000.00 plus bonus depending on experience. Please note this is not a remote position.
The right candidate will be able to work independently and handle all aspects of the workers' compensation claim. This includes drafting petitions, negotiating settlements, reviewing medical reports, planning and executing a case strategy, attending depositions, cross examinations of doctors, and appearing in court for hearings / trials.
Requirements
- California State Bar License
- Ability to operate a computer including Word / Outlook and basic CRM systems
- Ability to handle own caseload
- Great organizational and time management skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to work with a team
