Merideth Nagel & T he Legacy Legal Team are seeking a Legal Receptionist to join our thriving office in Clermont!

We are seeking a Legal Receptionist to assist with our busy legal practice. At least one year of receptionist experience is required.

Our ideal candidate will have experience working as a receptionist in a professional environment, is a self-starter, extremely organized, detail-oriented, and has a positive outlook.

Essential Functions :

  • Answer multi-line phone system, route incoming calls to the proper person, and take messages for our busy legal team.
  • Greet all clients and visitors to the office with a smile and professional demeanor.
  • Deliver documents to various clients, make court runs, daily mail drops, and other deliveries / pick-ups as needed for the office.
  • Prepare letters and envelopes accurately for daily mailings.
  • Empty employee trash bins throughout the office twice a week, keep the employee kitchen tidy, and collect discarded trash from around the building perimeter.
  • Required Skills & Experience :

  • Reliable transportation, valid drivers licenses, and ability to pass a background check.
  • 1-2 years of experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent customer service and telephone skills with an ability to communicate clearly.
  • Superb time management skills.
  • Ability to function in a busy, fast-paced office where priorities shift daily.
  • Competent in written and spoken English.
  • Job Type :

    Full Time : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm

    Compensation : Starts at $17 / hour based on experience
