Duties & Responsibilities
Schedule: 1st Shift 5:00 am-3:30 pm M-TH
Pay: This position has a salary range of $17.00 - $19.00 per hour. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location
Bonus Pay: Meridian is actively participating in a productivity incentive plan for 2025. Eligible employees have the opportunity to earn up to $1,520 a year, with payments distributed quarterly throughout the year.

Job Summary
Delivers production packaging supplies and materials from warehouse. Pick up completed pallets and delivers to shipping area.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.
- Delivers materials and supplies to each workstation. Keeps track of required quantities and stay ahead of those requirements.
- Removes finished goods completed from each workstation and verify correctness of quantities and lot numbers.
- Delivers finished goods to the shipping department.
- Empties trash dumpsters and removes empty drums/containers from production area.
- Keeps work areas orderly.
- Removes packaging supplies and material from workstations at completion of each order and returns to the warehouse.
- Maintains material handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections.
- Be articulate and able to work collaboratively, both internally and externally, as a team player.
- Accept direction and supervision, while possessing the initiative to make independent decisions.
- Possess the highest levels of personal and professional integrity.
- Multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Work meticulously, neatly, precisely and with a high level of accuracy.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prolonged periods of sitting on a fork truck.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
