Job Summary
The Production Coordinator is a very important position as its responsible for entering vital information to our ERP system, juggling questions and interruptions, and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the processing of manufacturing tickets in the MRP system, ensuring the documentation is accurate, raw materials are backflushed or consumed, and finished goods are released effectively.
- Execute inventory adjustments based on data from batch tickets.
- Work closely with the Shipping Department to guarantee that all processed orders are shipped promptly.
- Provide administrative support to the manufacturing departments, including splitting lot tickets in the company’s MRP system, resolving discrepancies between physical inventory and batch tickets, and completing cycle counts efficiently.
- Complete all necessary actions in the company’s MRP system to schedule the manufacturing of outsourced products without delay.
- Accept and execute other related duties as assigned
- Process purchase orders under the guidance of the Buyer and promptly confirm receipt of these orders.
- Ensure timely processing of COA (Certificate of Analysis) and SDS (Safety Data Sheet) documentation.
- Take the initiative to purchase office supplies as required.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Admin experience
- 1-2 years of work experience performing administrative computer functions, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with the MS Office and Windows software packages.
- Familiarity with MRP Systems is preferred.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Schedule: 1st Shift 8:00 am-4:30 pm M-F
Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
