- Responsible for building, reviewing, correcting, and transmitting state files.
- Responsible for invoicing services, reporting on invoice data, and forecasting service needs.
- Responsible for creating journal entries to manage state revenues.
- Assists with the maintenance of Meridian's software systems as it relates to state reporting, reporting issues, working with vendors as needed to resolve the issues. Modifications to reports, and EMR forms.
- Works day to day in Meridian's data systems, running reports to identify and correct inaccuracies of state data. Suggests edits and corrections based on data to improve operations.
- Develops, updates, and maintains expert knowledge of agencies State Reporting process and state billing processes. Makes modifications as requested. Frequently involves attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Queries databases, creates reports and analyzes data to comply with state reporting requirements and support.
- Expected to write documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections for state reporting.
- Supports the IS department in the accurate set-up and Maintenance of state reporting in the EMR
Who are we looking for?
- Associate degree with technical certification in administrative functions preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Two years' experience in administrative services at a behavioral health agency preferred.
- Experience in data collection, data entry, and reporting.
- Competency in/with technology and Microsoft Office/Excel.
- The Data/Evaluation Specialist implements and oversees the CCP data collection activities and is the point of contact for entering data into the web-based system. The Data/Evaluation Specialist trains staff on collecting data, then collects and analyzes data and works closely with the Fiscal Specialist, and Team Leader, to ensure accuracy of completed forms while supporting the Provider Program Manager and Team Leader.
Drivers Requirement:Must have a current Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record while meeting company insurance requirements.
In order to qualify as a Center Driver, the candidate must be at least 21 years of age and have an active Florida Driver's license.? Motor Vehicle Record will be reviewed for eligibility.? No more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents within the past 3 years and no major violations during the past 5 years.

Specific competencies required are identified on a department/program specific basis and identified in each employee's Competency Checklist. The following are general and apply to all positions with this title.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to draft routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. The ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
