We are an commercial and residential mortgage company. We are seeking a Data Input Specialist to assist in our growing services division based in Ocala.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to screening calls from new clients and gathering information from them. Entering personal and financial data into the 1003 -loan application. Keeping other staff and managers updated on issues, data entry, assisting in all administrative functions, screening phone calls, schedule appointments, draft letters, documents, gather information in a timely manner, assist staff, review owner emails, spreadsheets, sales support, paperwork processing, basic accounting and overall field support.
STRONG computer technical skills and abilities REQUIRED.
Bonus if familiar with 1003 and required fields.
Must be able to type minimum of 45 WPM accurately.
Experience in a Mortgage and Lending a plus.
Ability to Multi-Task.
Ability to work in a team oriented environment is essential.
Professional image and appearance.
Detail Oriented.
EXCEPTIONAL ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS.
Excellent oral and written communication skills (must know and utilize proper grammar).
Knowledge of office administration practices and procedures.
