Job Summary:- Serve as the digital Subject Matter Expert (SME) & business partner to the Diagnostics Marketing team and cross-functional teams.
- Lead the development, and implementation of a digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across all online channels for the Diagnostics organization.
- Oversee and manage omni-channel campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and consistent brand messaging across digital platforms such as websites, social media, email, and paid advertising.
- Manage digital marketing tools, platforms, and technologies, ensuring they are effectively utilized to enhance campaign execution and reporting.
- Lead the development of digital content strategies, collaborating with the Marketing team and key stakeholders to produce impactful content tailored to target audiences.
- Partner with corporate communications and cross-functional teams on website strategy to leverage data-driven insights for Diagnostics business to optimize Search Engine Optimization (SEO), drive website traffic and generate leads.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, , to ensure digital marketing initiatives align with broader business goals.
- Analyze and interpret marketing performance data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify trends, and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and maintain competitive advantage in digital marketing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with digital marketing regulations, such as data privacy laws, and adhere to best practices for ethical and effective marketing.
- Manage project timelines of deliverables to ensure timely and successful execution of digital marketing initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned to support business objectives
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is required.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of professional relevant experience. required, with demonstrated experience of hands-on implementation of digital tactics and channels.
Competencies Required or preferred .
- B2B marketing and/or Diagnostics experience preferred.
- Deep digital & omni-channel execution experience across core channels required.
- Hands on experience working within marketing automation platforms preferably HubSpot.
- Thorough understanding of the cross-functional interdependencies needed to successfully execute complex omni-channel efforts.
- Demonstrated knowledge of marketing operations, data operations and data privacy.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Resourceful, decisive and proactive approach to managing multiple priorities in a fast-growing organization.
- Startup, emerging life science or biotech, or new team experience preferred.
- Competent in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Strong project and time management skills
- Quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to turn data and insights into online marketing initiatives
- Budget and project management experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and manage priorities
- At least 20% - 30% Travel required.
