Job Position:
We are currently looking for an experienced individual to join our team in HR! The position is Part Time with the potential to go Full Time depending on company performance/census.
Responsibilities:
HR/Payroll
a) Daily payroll maintenance
b) Daily punch detail corrections
c) Daily and bi-weekly reports to Administrator
d) Bi-weekly payroll transmittal to Corporate
e) Maintain personnel files
f) New Employees Hiring verification & Orientation
g) Other human resource functions as assigned, including benefits and 401k.
h) Daily Medicare hours posting
Accounts Payable
a) Voucher invoices daily
b) Maintain accounts payable log c. Submit vouchered invoices to Corporate minimum twice weekly d. Handle vendor phone inquiries
Shift:
- Part time-- 2 to 3 days per week up to 24 hours per week
