You are the Certified Peer Recovery Specialist that we are seekingfor our Adult and Addiction Services program located in our location here, Indiana. As a CPRS you will work alongside patients providing peer support services, serving as a patient advocate and facilitating non-clinical skills / support groups with the support of a licensed clinician.
Up to 40% travel to meet patients in the community.

Peer Recovery Specialist Key Responsibilities :
- Assist patients in identifying personal goals for recovery
- Works with clinicians in the development of treatment and discharge plans.
- Provides case management services as identified in the patient's treatment plan; coordination of contractual care as needed
- Completes relevant assessments
- Assist patients in recognizing barriers to recovery
- Assist patients in recognizing their personal strengths they build their recovery capital.
- Facilitate non-clinical skills groups
- Assist patients in building social skills and the development of healthy relationships.
- Model different ways someone in recovery uses self-care.
