What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Property Manager/Leasing Consultant position at Meridian Oaks Apartments?
We are seeking an outgoing, energetic and dynamic person to join our team. The Assistant Property Manager works in unison with the Property Manager for the daily operations, financial and physical management of the property. The Assistant Property Manager tours prospective residents, guiding them through the rental process and completing the necessary paperwork. In addition to prospects, the Assistant Property Manager tends to the needs of the current residents such as submitting work orders, answering emails and generally assisting with residents needs as they arise. The Assistant Property Manager also assists the Property Manager with financial and other accounting tasks.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
