- Supporting Production Employee HR requests
- Leave/Policy Administration
- Answering Benefit Questions
- Supporting Recruiting and Onboarding Initiatives
- Coordinating Learning and Development
- Coordinating HR Operational Processes (Unemployment Insurance,
- Investigations, Organizational Structure Changes, Pay Changes
- Executing Communications Plan
- Willing to work outside of scheduled hours. Manage social media pages for Waco Facility.
Interaction with team:
- Assisting both professional and production employees within the Waco Distribution Center site. Will also assist the Waco Work Tools location with their HR needs once a week.
Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelors degree in Business Admin, Human Resources, or equivalent field. 2-4 years of professional business or Human Resources experience.
- Industrial/Manufacturing Environment Experience preferred.
- Willing to take a 2 year degree with 4 years of experience
- Willing to take a Masters with 1 years of experience
