Must be willing to go onsite 5 days per week in Jacksonville, FL office. Must be bi-lingual in Mandarin. Contract to Hire position (contract starts out at 1 year).

- Plan, execute, and manage the entire software project lifecycle, ensuring timely, within budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate the project team, including developers, testers, and other stakeholders, to ensure smooth progress of the project.
- Define project objectives, scope, risks, and resource requirements, and establish project plans and schedules.
- Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues and risks in a timely manner.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure clear project requirements and meet customer expectations.
- Manage project budget, oversee costs, and resource utilization.
- Regularly report project status and progress to the management.
- Foster teamwork and improve team performance and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Familiar with SaaS products, SDKs, mobile applications, proprietary applications.
- Experience in software project management preferred.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, etc.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to change and work in a complex environment.
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
- Experience of ticketing system like JIRA is a plus.
