We are currently looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team!
Our Mortgage Loan Officers assist our members as they kick-start their dreams of home ownership. With your working knowledge of mortgage loan policies, credit granting criteria and interest rates, you are the ?go-to? loan officer for our home-financing clients. You can discuss loan alternatives, credit criteria, interest rates and loan documentation in a way that borrowers understand and feel positive about. You are able to come from a point-of-view for those that do not qualify that is it not a ?no?, but rather, a ?not yet? and you ensure they know exactly what they need to do in order to achieve their goals. When handling a loan request, you gather documents and review them to ensure files are complete, accurate and in compliance.
