Meridian is adding a full-time person to our growing Production Team-as a Digital Press Operator, you’ll be
able to show off your impeccable quality standards and attention to detail in a new, modern, state of the art production facility. This position is responsible for all aspects of operating the latest, most advanced, digital printing equipment to production and quality standards. The operator is responsible for operating more than one piece of digital press equipment, including maintenance and troubleshooting.
This role is a full-time, in-person position with ability to commute/relocate to our office in Loves Park, IL 61111. Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance and 401k package.
REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Operate multiple digital print equipment and the software necessary for print operations
- Complete jobs according to customer specifications in a timely and accurate manner
- Monitor production output throughout the run for quality
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal printing conditions
- Ensures materials for the job are in stock and available for production
- Properly document production information to account for all labor and materials consumed on a job
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Take personal responsibility for productivity, quality, and timeliness of work
- Work overtime as needed
- Other duties as assigned
