Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training is preferred.
- EPA 608 certification required.
- Proven experience in maintenance and repair work, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge across multiple maintenance disciplines (e.g., mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus.
