About the Role
This role is 80% remote and 20% on-site at the properties we manage. Since we don’t have a central office, you can work from home. However, occasional on-site responsibilities require candidates to be local to Central New York with reliable transportation.
While this is a full time position, we focus on results, not hours. With strong systems, efficient delegation, and time management, a low hour workweek is possible. The industry is seasonal, meaning some periods are quieter while others periods will be far more busy and lead to 40 hour weeks.
This is a 1099 subcontractor role. The right person has significant growth opportunity into key leadership positions in our fast growing company.
Please submit a cover letter with a brief background and why you are interested in this role as well as a resume.
