Description
Merit Logistics is looking to hire a full-time Warehouse Manager in charge of a team of 15 individuals that unload containers/and or perform other general warehouse duties. This will be a working first shift supervisory position but will also have responsibilities for the night shift. Monday - Friday, 4am-until finish. Starting pay is $21.50 an hour.
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and carry 5 to 20 lbs. continuously
- Must be willing to take a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Warehouse experience (preferred but not required)
- Must have knowledge with computers.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Open to change and can work in a fast paced environment both as a team leader and independent
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and working with a team of 12-15.
- Container unloading
- General warehouse duties
- Send daily reports/billing
