Overview
We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator/Sanitation to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
Duties
- Operate a forklift to move materials within the warehouse
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers
- Stack and store merchandise in the appropriate area
- Perform routine maintenance on the forklift as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations
- Dock stalkers, tugger scrubber or Zamboni
Skills
- Understanding of warehouse management principles
- Proper training when using compactors
- Moving boxes and sorting in bins
- Sweeping and mopping building
- Remove waste and empty trash to the bailer
- Offices, break rooms and locker rooms need to mopped and sanitated
- Sanitize surfaces like doorknobs and tables
- Restock and clean Bathrooms
- Cardboard and plastics recycle
- Clean up spills around the warehouse
- Deep Cleaning
