Position Overview:
As a Final Trim and Warranty Technician, you’ll be the last set of eyes and hands on our projects—delivering the finishing touches that elevate good work to exceptional. You’ll handle detailed trim work, minor adjustments, and post-completion warranty repairs, ensuring each space looks flawless and functions perfectly before and after our clients move in. Your craftsmanship, problem-solving, and customer service will help maintain the high standards and client satisfaction Revived Interiors is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform final trim installation and adjustments, including baseboards, crown molding, cabinetry alignment, door adjustments, and hardware
- Tackle detailed punch list tasks to ensure every element meets design specifications and client expectations
- Respond to and resolve warranty service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Diagnose and perform light repairs across trades (such as drywall patches, touch-up paint, and hardware fixes)
- Communicate clearly with clients while maintaining a respectful and tidy presence in occupied homes
- Collaborate with project managers to document completed tasks and plan follow-ups when needed
- Ensure all work aligns with company standards for craftsmanship, cleanliness, and customer experience
Qualifications:
- 3 years of hands-on experience in finish carpentry, remodeling, or similar roles
- Strong skills in precision trim work, cabinetry adjustments, and finishing techniques
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor construction issues across multiple trades
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in creating clean, polished finishes
- Comfortable working independently in client homes and representing the company professionally
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour
