- Experience in running a manufacturing maintenance department.
- Engineering degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience and a proven record in failure analysis.
- Minimum of 3 years of successful experience leading a plant maintenance department in an industrial manufacturing environment and/or 5 years of supervisory manufacturing experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of OSHA requirements related to in-house equipment.
- Ability to identify gaps and implement countermeasures to achieve zero safety incidents.
- Ability to lead and develop a highly collaborative and effective team.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Additional relevant qualifications as needed.
- Report to the Plant Manager and be responsible for achieving the highest level of reliability for plant equipment.
- Support the Performance System (SPS), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and maintain strong ownership of the Maintenance Excellence process within the plant.
- Work hours are 7 AM - 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with some weekend and after-hours on-call duties depending on plant needs.
- Additional relevant responsibilities as needed.
- Annual base salary range of $87,375 - $104,850.
- Quarterly bonus of 12.5% of base salary.
