Seeking a Senior Lead Product Owner Workday Payroll to supp the Human Resources HR Transformation Products Team!
This is an exciting opportunity to partner with HR and business leaders across the company to tackle complex problems and develop solutions.
This role is responsible for the US Payroll product vision roadmap and delivery of solutions.
This individual must be a strong collaborator with exceptional interpersonal communication and critical thinking skills.
Success in this role requires the ability to thrive as a hands-on independent contributor yet the ability to leverage leadership acumen to build credibility and direct matrixed resources in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
Description:
In this contingent resource assignment you may:
Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Product Management.
Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas delivering solutions that are long-term large-scale and require vision creativity innovation and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Product Management business solutions. Strategically engage with client personnel.
- Required Qualifications: 7 years of Product Management experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience training military experience education.
