System Administrator

We have an urgent requirement with 5 years of experience as a System Administrator to support the implementation and maintenance of portfolio applications. This responsibility involves build activities for large number of different test, development and production environments utilized by the portfolio program applications.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge and experience of administering J2EE applications in WebSphere Application Server 8/9, Apache Tomcat and Jboss (5yrs).
• Knowledge and experience working with following operating systems: AIX, RHEL, and Windows Servers.
• Knowledge and experience in name and ip-based virtual hosts, and clustering/load-balancing technologies.
• Knowledge and experience in J2EE-specific application hosting, including VM tuning, application tracing/debugging, and application deployment.
• Knowledge and experience in container resource configuration (JDBC, JMS, et al), and security configuration.
• Knowledge and experience with J2EE application building/deployment techniques and tools including, but not limited to Ant, Maven, Ivy etc
• Experience with automation technologies for the related platforms (OS and Application) such as Ansible, UNIX shell script, Perl, Python, etc.
  
  

Highly Desired:

• Experience and/or certification in cloud platform like AWS, Azure, GCP
• Knowledge and experience with J2EE application building/deployment techniques and tools including, but not limited to Ant, Maven, Ivy etc
