Who We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with 3-4 years of SaaS account management experience, specifically someone who has successfully managed customer relationships while achieving growth targets. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and excels in building long-term partnerships that drive mutual success.

Key qualifications include:

  • 3-4 years of account management experience in the SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets within existing accounts
  • Expertise in nurturing client relationships and driving expansion opportunities
  • Strong understanding of customer success principles and SaaS subscription models
  • Ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and communicate ROI effectively
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred, with training provided if needed)


Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Own and manage a portfolio of key accounts, building strong, trusted relationships with decision-makers
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and ensure they derive maximum value from the SaaS platform
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities within your accounts, including upselling, cross-selling, and expanding usage
  • Act as the primary point of contact, resolving any client challenges promptly and efficiently
  • Partner with internal teams, including sales, customer success, and product, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and ongoing customer satisfaction
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular insights and reports to clients and internal stakeholders
