What You’ll Do
- Lead with Confidence: Oversee clinical staff scheduling, training, and mentorship to foster a high-performing team.
- Drive Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to state and regulatory standards, participate in audits, and spearhead quality improvement initiatives.
- Be a Trusted Liaison: Serve as a key link between clinical staff and providers, facilitating seamless communication and teamwork.
- Enhance Patient Care: Maintain nursing excellence by providing clinical expertise, guidance, and innovation in surgical procedures.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Education: BSN required (MSN preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a surgical setting, with leadership experience preferred.
- Licensure & Certifications:
- Active RN license in Maryland (or Compact State License with Multi-State Privilege).
- BLS (CPR) required, plus ACLS and PALS in compliance with policy.
- Key Skills:
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments while maintaining professionalism.
