Onsite (Hagerstown, Maryland) Full Time IT Data Analytics Manager

This Position coordinates with all levels of leadership to develop and implement mature data analytics platforms across disparate systems throughout the Meritus Enterprise. This role will be leader over data and analytics and will champion the use of these tools to improve decision making abilities across Meritus. Partners with other leaders to seamlessly leverage technology to improve patient access to care and resources across Meritus. Leader will build analytics and software tools to improve patient lives and end user experience. Champion new insights into interventions that make people healthier and the healthcare system more financially sustainable by leveraging technology both existing and future.
Education - Bachelor's degree in computer science, data processing, information science, management information systems, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Experience - 3 year of experience with SQL or software development is required. Experience with healthcare technology is preferred.
Licensure/Certification - Current Clarity, Caboodle, or similar Epic certifications OR must attend multiweek Epic training program and obtain Clarity, Caboodle, or similar certifications (along with any additional certifications associated with the chosen certification track(s)) within sixty days of program completion. Any training program requirements that are needed for new hire must be completed within 90 days of hire or probationary period will be extended until such time that programs are completed and certification obtained. All certifications must be maintained current at all times.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities - Must understand and conceptualize applications from both a technical/programming perspective and a business point of view. Organizational and interpersonal and communications skills and programming abilities in common languages and frameworks such are needed for the coding aspects of the position.
