What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supervisor of Client Service Representatives position at Meritus Medical Center Inc?
Under the general direction of the Vice President of Revenue Cycle and Clinical Support Services and the direct supervision of the Manager, Home Medical Equipment, manages the daily operations and functions of the unit. In collaboration with the VP and Manager, plans and implements the services of the business unit and is responsible for all scheduling, staffing, clerical and financial operations. Includes training and updating all new staff and providing oversight and maintenance of the Special Needs/Enteral Program.
Education – High school graduate or the equivalent.
Experience – Recent experience in health care field. Experience in medical supplies/equipment retail sales or equivalent customer-oriented retail sales required. One-year supervisory experience in a medical setting preferred.
Licensure/Certification – Certification to custom fit for orthosis compression support hosiery, mastectomy products and related products preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities – Typing skills and working knowledge of medical terminology required, and knowledge of basic computer applications preferred. Must demonstrate good communication skills in work environment.
