Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dining program, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer service.
Support financial planning and budgeting, analyzing costs and driving operational efficiency.
Develop and engage direct reports through ongoing support, coaching, and feedback, leading by example and promoting a positive work culture.
Lead teams in preparing meals that showcase fresh, local, and scratch ingredients, supporting menu development and purchasing processes.
Manage high-end catering services, including booking, planning, execution, and communication.
Maintain a healthy and inclusive work environment, upholding HACCP standards and effective client relationships.

- Bachelor's degree or 10 years of related experience
- 5 years in Contract Food Service Operation, High-End Catering Management, Campus Dining, and Executive Chef roles
- Participative management style and excellent leadership skills

- ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification preferred
