- Manage and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Develop and implement cost-effective menu plans, incorporating seasonal ingredients and trends.
- Oversee inventory control, maintaining accurate records and minimizing waste.
- Lead training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing procedures to mitigate risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
