- Visualizes concepts and interprets them into design
- Owns creative work and leads the design team by example
- Ensures the brand tone and position is exemplified within the creative product
- Execute insightful, creative which positively impact a client’s business
- Leads, motivates and develops the design team
Qualifications
- At least 2-4 years of experience in digital design
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, advertising, or interface design
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles, methodologies, best practices and approaches for web- and mobile-based applications
- Demonstrated experience and portfolio examples of design for digital products or services for major brands
- Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Animation experience is a bonus
Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is ($51,000 - $83,715). Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. About the Company
This role is remote - CST or EST timezone preferred as our client is in EST
Dentsu Creative is seeking a Visual Designer who possesses a passion for creating experiences that are intuitive and a joy to use. You will design a variety of digital deliverables for our client, a national coin collecting website, including email campaigns, web landing pages, and paid media deliverables. You will join a collaborative team of creative directors, strategists, copywriters and designers. You'll report to a creative director. You will work under the direction of senior design leadership on project assignments, assisting with deliverables for complex consumer and corporate digital initiatives while playing an important role in maintaining the project vision from concept to completion. You must have excellent Figma skills, and be able to work from creative brief to delivery on a variety of digital deliverables. Your team has weekly standup meetings and monthly socials and lunch and learns as opportunities for creative connection.
Salary : $51,000 - $83,715
