Merlin's Complete Auto Care is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Auto Repair General Manager to join our team. This is a high-performance, high-pay opportunity. We are looking for top performers who want to earn $150k with an aggressive weekly bonus program and annual profit sharing.
THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS AN AUTO REPAIR GENERAL MANAGER
We believe in providing superior customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of specific projects and roles. One crucial aspect of your job will be overseeing the hiring and training of the shop team, ensuring that we have a highly skilled and dedicated staff. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of all sales, accounts, and relevant financial information, ensuring transparency and efficiency in our operations. Monitoring inventory to regulate and ensure the availability of required vehicle parts will also be part of your responsibilities. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that our service staff complies with environmental laws and regulations, reflecting our commitment to sustainability. Assigning and scheduling work duties for all staff, managing bays, and driving shop production will be essential in maintaining a smooth workflow. You will also supervise the activities of automotive service technicians to ensure efficient job performance and timely repairs. Furthermore, as the Auto Repair General Manager, you will be involved in generating estimates and selling the complete repair package to our customers. Your expertise in the "No Credit Financing" option will add value to our customer service approach. Providing sales counter coverage, managing cash and daily record-keeping, and overseeing the weekly and monthly maintenance schedule are also part of this dynamic role.
