WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
You will work closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our services, and recommend the right solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting our guests, answering phones, and scheduling customer appointments. You will assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product and service features, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. It will be your goal to achieve shop sales goals on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. To excel in this position, you will need to remain knowledgeable on our products and services and discuss available options with customers. You will also have the opportunity to cross-sell products and discuss and offer customer payment options, including "No Credit" financing. Processing POS purchases and complying with inventory control procedures will be part of your daily tasks. Maintaining a professional, appealing, and clean customer and office area will be essential to create a positive customer experience.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM AN AUTOMOTIVE SALES ADVISOR?
We're looking for someone who can meet the following qualifications:
- Retail sales experience required
- Experience with Point Of Sale Financing required (Synchrony, CFNA, Snap, Koalifi)
- Experience in sales
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Hands-on experience with POS transactions
- Proficiency in English
- Basic math skills
- Familiarity with inventory procedures
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
