The Team at Merlin's North American Shared service center is looking for an HR Coordinator. The ideal candidate must be serious about HR and really serious about FUN!
About the Role
Essential Requirements
- Minimum three (3) years of Human Resources experience
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Must be organized, detail oriented, and able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong technical abilities – Proficient in Excel and Microsoft
- Must have computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook); experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems preferred
