Position Overview: We are seeking a strategic results-driven Business Development Representative to expand our reach and strengthen relationships within the first party property insurance industry. This role is ideal for someone with experience in developing referral networks, identifying case opportunities, and fostering partnerships with key industry professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with public adjusters, contractors, real estate professionals, and other industry stakeholders.
- Identify and connect with policyholders and businesses facing insurance challenges.
- Develop and execute strategic outreach initiatives to expand the firms referral network.
- Represent the firm at industry conferences, networking events, and trade associations.
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance lead generation and brand awareness.
- Track and report on business development performance and referral outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of business development, sales, or client relations experience (legal, insurance, or related industry preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Established network within the insurance claims, restoration, or real estate sectors is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of first-party property insurance claims is a strong advantage.
