Working in a dyad leadership model with the Radiology Clinical Chief, this role will oversee strategic direction, service expansion, and program development. The Administrative Director will collaborate with senior leadership, physicians, and staff to enhance imaging services and deliver a superior patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and operational efficiency.
- Partner with senior executives, marketing, and physician relations to enhance service line visibility and volume.
- Oversee financial planning, capital projects, and budget management.
- Improve clinical outcomes through collaboration with medical teams and process improvements.
- Lead and develop a team of 145 FTEs, fostering a culture of service excellence.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology; Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, or related field) required.
- Imaging certification required.
- Minimum of 7 years of clinical experience in healthcare.
- At least 5 years in healthcare leadership and 3 years in business development.
- Strong business acumen, strategic planning, and operational leadership experience.
