What You’ll Do:
- Leadership & Collaboration: Partner with the Director of Nursing Services (DNS) to steer the nursing team, ensuring that every resident receives personalized, top-quality care.
- Expert Care Management: Lead weekly Wound/Skin Rounds, playing a pivotal role in the healing and well-being of our residents.
- Communication & Compliance: Be the communication hub for the nursing team, ensuring that best practices are followed and compliance is maintained at all times.
- Resident-Focused Care: Meet the medical needs of residents with empathy and precision, crafting individualized care plans that truly make a difference.
- 24/7 Commitment: Be ready to step in and provide guidance at any hour—your expertise will be the backbone of our resident care.
- Strategic Planning: Direct and coordinate nursing services, optimizing workflows and elevating the standard of care.
- Professional Development: Assist in hiring, mentoring, and orienting new nursing staff, building a team that’s as passionate about care as you are.
- Infection Control: Champion health and safety with rigorous infection control protocols.

What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed RN: You hold a current RN license in the state.
- Experienced Professional: With at least 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care settings, you bring valuable expertise to the table.
- Leadership Skills: You have 2 years of management experience, and you’re ready to lead and inspire.
- Educator at Heart: Experience in staff education is a plus, showing you’re committed to the growth of your team.
- Excellent Communicator: Your communication skills are top-notch, essential for building a cohesive, informed team.
- Flexible & Adaptable: You’re ready to meet the challenges of a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work flexible hours.
