We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Foundation & Volunteer Services Director to lead fundraising efforts and volunteer programs. This role plays a critical part in advancing the mission of our organization by cultivating philanthropic support, overseeing strategic fundraising initiatives, and managing volunteer services. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in fundraising, relationship management, and team leadership to foster strong community engagement and drive impactful giving programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic fundraising initiatives, including annual giving campaigns and major gifts.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with donors and corporate partners to secure funding.
- Plan and coordinate special fundraising events to achieve financial goals.
- Oversee financial management for the Foundation, including budget development and reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to enhance donor communications and public awareness.
- Manage volunteer services, including recruitment and recognition programs.
- Represent the Foundation in community events and hospital leadership meetings.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Non-Profit Management, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in fundraising, preferably in healthcare.
- Proven ability to secure major gifts and experience managing fundraising initiatives.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and donor management software.
