A leading organization supporting adults with autism and intellectual disabilities is seeking an experienced Director of Adult Services. This pivotal leadership role focuses on enhancing the quality of life for residents and clients while overseeing the operations of Adult Day and Residential Programs.
Responsibilities:
*Provide oversight to all adult programs, ensuring compliance with NJ DDD and regulatory standards.
*Develop and maintain relationships with funding and regulatory personnel.
*Spearhead the client intake process and manage admissions, discharges, and transitions.
*Collaborate with leadership to ensure program needs are met through transparent communication.
*Lead, mentor, and support staff while ensuring timely evaluations and training compliance.
Work Environment: On-site position, Monday to Friday, with on-call support as needed.
What You Bring:
✅ Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or BCBA preferred.
✅ 3 years of experience in the IDD/Autism field or related environment.
✅ Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
✅ CPR & First Aid certification.
✅ Valid driver’s license, and compliance with background checks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
