Job Description: We are looking for a responsible and reliable Overnight Manager to oversee operations during overnight shifts on the weekends at our beautiful wedding venue, the Ashford Estate. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has strong leadership skills, and is able to handle a variety of responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise our guests at their Afterparty, throughout the night and into the morning
- Ensure all operations run smoothly and efficiently throughout the shift.
- Handle any guest inquiries, concerns, or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the facility.
- Maintain detailed records of overnight operations, including incidents and shift reports.
- Assist with emergency situations as required.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in management or supervisory roles, preferably in a similar environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once.
- Comfortable with overseeing guests during overnight hours.
- Must be able to handle unexpected situations calmly and effectively.
- Availability to work overnight shifts on weekends (Friday Saturday and Sunday nights).
