About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of our senior living community. In this role, you'll be responsible for conducting competitive shops, making promotional recommendations for the community, and tracking and maintaining marketing budget for community-responsible line items.
You'll work closely with our General Manager, Business Office Director, and other department heads to ensure accurate reporting of community census via integrated CRM/accounting system (Yardi). Your goal will be to maintain a strong relationship with our current residents, families, and referral sources while attracting new leads and residents to our community.
As a sales professional with a proven track record of success, you'll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of people.
