Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Construction Project Scheduler to join our woodworking cabinet company. The scheduler will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects from start to finish, coordinating timelines, resources, and communication with clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for cabinet construction projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Coordination: Collaborate with production teams, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables.
- Monitoring Progress: Track the progress of each project and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes or unforeseen delays.
- Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project timelines, addressing inquiries and providing updates in a professional manner.
- Resource Allocation: Ensure efficient allocation of resources, including materials and labor, to meet project deadlines.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project schedules, changes, and communications.

- Compensation: $15/hour or more depending on experience. Contract work is also acceptable and available as an option.
