Regional Sales Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, and managing your designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess strong in-person and written communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

This position would require travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business and expand existing accounts within your territory.
• Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
• Identify market trends and customer needs to develop tailored sales strategies.
• Engage in cold calling to reach potential clients and introduce our products/services.
• Upsell additional products or services to existing customers to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Manage territory sales effectively by planning visits and maintaining a schedule that optimizes customer engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.

Experience

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in outside sales or retail sales environments.
• Familiarity with CRM software
• Demonstrated ability in territory management and understanding of market dynamics.
• Experience in conducting product demos and engaging customers effectively is a plus.
• Strong skills in upselling techniques and closing deals are essential.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.

Pay: $30,979.00 - $92,754.00 per year
