Job Title: Rotational Principal
We are seeking an experienced Rotational Principal to join our team at Merryhill School. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our schools in Elk Grove, California, and will play a key role in shaping the educational experience of our students.
Responsibilities will include:
- Creating a vision for the school and positively influencing all constituents to work towards and meet the vision.
- Ensuring successful implementation of approved curriculum.
- Recruiting, training, and leading staff in implementations of SEG curriculum, policies, and procedures.
- Prioritizing a safe, clean, attractive, and learning environment.
- Maintaining compliance with accreditation and state licensing requirements.
A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required, along with a minimum of three years of experience in education administration or business administration. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
